Returns & Exchanges

At The Farmer's Dog, we want you and your canine companion to love our apparel. If your fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure the products are free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. You will receive an email notification once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund or shipment.
